Adopting the Mission to guarantee one basic education with equity and focus in the success of the pupil, assuring a quality education, where the pertaining to school improvement, the physical installations and all its services contribute for the formation of competent and critical, operating and transforming professionals of the society. OBJECTIVES the present study portray the first experiences of the scholarship holders of the PIBID in the School of Average Education Doctor Ribeiro Joo Branches, with the objective To analyze the referring organizacional situation to the infrastructure, profile of the pupils, main faced problems and other pertinent points found in the Pedagogical Project of the School and its influence in classroom. METHODOLOGY Amongst the initial activities developed by the students scholarship holders of subprojeto of Biology is distinguished: to know it structure of functioning of the School through an introductory analysis of its Project Pedaggico politician (PPP), portflio of the pupils, interview with some members of the pertaining to school faculty and sounding of the conditions of infrastructural, observing possibilities of action with the available mechanisms and to trace an initial profile of the clientele taken care of for the institution strategical action for the good fulfilment of the activities to be undertaken later.
