Today a growing number of us are experiencing burnout, low productivity, insomnia, stress and related diseases?, No doubt due to a lack of balance between our work and personal life. It's time to see how we can create a better balance in our work and personal life. What seems to be the balance to one person may be different for another because individuals have different goals, values and definitions of success. Yes I know? As everything is a priority. However, too often, our time and energy spent on things that really matter. Once you are clear about your values and priorities can begin to say "no" to things that move you farther away from your values and priorities, and "yes" to things that are in line with their values.
